Please note: The Wacky Wine races are not happening. Kyle Raposo, the lead organizer for these events, has not been responding to emails or phone calls. Although runners showed up at the Calgary event on December 12th, no race organizers were there. City of Edmonton Community Services officials report that they were not contacted for bookings or permits for the event on January 9th.

Event Information
Join us for an afternoon run, jog or walk through our favorite cities’ unique race venues in the winter. Whether you are a wine lover, avid runner or just plain love a good day out, this is the race for you!

Start your race like any other, but that's where the ordinary stops. You'll celebrate your run unlike any event you've run before - WINE after your race or during! Stay, play and rock out with a live band, food trucks and MORE WINE!

No wine snobs allowed. Wear your most wicked costumes, funky hats, masks and bring your blankets to lay out and listen to great music, enjoy a wine tasting, take a tour or kick back as the sunsets on our picturesque venues.

Choose your race: Amazing 3KM, Fastantic 5KM or Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious 10KM - all depends when you want to have your free drinks! ?

Events:

Amazing 3KM Walk/Jog
An amazing walk/jog on a warm winter day with family, friends and familiar faces while enjoying 6 stops of wine tasting. Get to try a wide variety of wine! Just make sure you will finish the race because there are some more waiting at the finish line.
Fantastic 5KM Run/Jog
Get to be competitive with friends and family as you run on a nice winter afternoon and be motivated with a wine party waiting at the end of the race. I bet you will record your fastest 5KM this time as you run towards an amazing variety of red and white wine. A great reason to celebrate!
Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious 10KM Run/Jog
This is for the people with a brave heart! Get to be competitive with friends and family as you run on a nice winter afternoon and be motivated with a wine party waiting at the end of the race. I bet you will record your fastest 10KM this time as you run towards an amazing variety of red and white wine. A great reason to celebrate!

Race Time: We are all running at the same time, it's 3PM when the wine party starts... ooops we meant the race! with lots of wine on the side

Race Kit: Bib, pins and of course your marked WINEGLASS! Running with a wineglass, couldn't be more amazing than that!

Age: Must be at least 18 years old or we will make you drink Kool Aid!

Time: The race is not a timed one, we will take a sweet time
